Toni is a litigation attorney at West Coast Employment Lawyers. She graduated with honors from New Mexico State University, where she studied Government and Gender Studies. She then went on to obtain a law degree with a public interest concentration at Loyola Law School. During her time there, Toni was an editor on Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review, and did clinical work with Loyola’s Collateral Consequences of Conviction Justice Project where she provided free legal representation to individuals seeking to expunge or seal their prior criminal convictions.
In her final year of law school, Toni worked as a law clerk under senior attorneys at West Coast Employment Lawyers. Here, she discovered that representing plaintiffs in civil litigation could fulfill her desire to serve those in need.
