Houman graduated from the University of California, Irvine. Houman received his law degree from Loyola Law School, where he was also a scholarship recipient and received many honors, including the highest grade in International Law. While in law school, Houman studied in France at the University of Nice, School of Law.
Prior to joining West Coast Employment Lawyers, Houman worked as an associate at the Law Offices of Dennis W. Chang, where he worked on a wide variety of cases including civil rights, civil litigation, employment, personal injury, family, and criminal law.
