Dean Aynechi is the Litigation Chair at West Coast Employment Lawyers.
Dean graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his degree in Business Economics. He then attended one of the nation’s top ranked law schools, George Washington University, where he obtained his law degree with honors in the top of his class. While attending law school, Dean’s peers elected him as a school senator for three consecutive years. In addition, Dean worked at the District of Columbia’s Attorney General’s Office.
Dean has extensive experience handling personal injury matters. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout California. Prior to joining West Coast Employment Lawyers, Dean worked as a litigation associate for Wilson Harvey Browndorf, LLP, an international law firm, and as General Counsel for AyZar Inc., a commercial real estate development and management company. His experience and expertise granted him the Super Lawyers Rising Star award in 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2020.
Dean has valuable experience working for insurance companies (Allstate), defending personal injury cases, and representing entertainment icons. He knows how insurance adjusters think and operate, and the techniques they use to avoid paying full compensation for a claim. He understands strategy when it comes to litigation–leveraging his client’s position to maximum effect. He uses this experience and his legal advocacy skills to obtain the best results for his personal injury clients as Litigation Chair for the firm.
